Description

Great for low-clearance E-track applications, this wheel strap car tie-down contains one wide-handle ratchet and three E-track fittings that snap directly into E-track rails. Three rubber blocks are included that fit into the rain grooves of the tire for a secure fit.

The car tie-down strap is made with 12,000 lb. industrial-grade polyester webbing for maximum hauling strength and durability. The tough webbing secures your vehicle with limited bounce and is abrasion- and shrink-resistant. A black Cordura sleeve protects the webbing from wear and tear around the floating e track fitting. For safety reasons, it is recommended to tie down all four tires when hauling your vehicle.

Easy-To-Use End Fittings

The end fitting on this item hooks directly into an E-track rail, positively engaging with a spring-loaded keeper to hold it securely in place.

Also available in a value-priced Pack of 4.

Measure Your Tires to Ensure the Best Fit

We recommend measuring your tires to confirm this auto tie down is the right choice for your application. Check out our measuring guidelines.

Ratchet Use Guidelines

According to the WSTDA (section 4.6.8): "When using web tie downs with a winch or ratchet, a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 wraps of webbing shall be wound on the winch or ratchet mandrel. Excessive wraps of webbing on the mandrel may reduce the working load limit (WLL) of the web tie down and may interfere with proper operation."

Car hauler tire web

I've tried the car hauler strap with the three rubber units and can say it definitely does not work over extended periods of time.

Middle tie down point

Straps are great... only thing I would change is the middle tie down needs a swivel... it puts a huge bind on the strap. I can see this is the point where frags will occur.
