Aluminum truck tool box from Merritt® equipment is constructed with a lap joint weld, making it stronger than other tool boxes with traditional butt welds. The single door offers easy access and has plenty of room for tools, ropes, straps, etc. Automotive-grade door seals, ultra high molecular weight (UHMV) plastic on the striker plate inside and an extruded door frame design help to create a tough, weather tight seal designed to last for years. A lockable T-handle cup latch has a stainless steel surround. The #8 grade smooth polished finish and piano-style hinge create a sleek look (tool box ships with a protective coating on the doors, which can be removed during installation).
Easily mounts directly to the underside of semi-trucks, trailers or flatbed trucks. Mounting brackets not included, sold separately here.
