Description
With CableSafe from Straightpoint you can precisely monitor tension of synthetic rope and fiber optic cable to ensure they do not become overstretched or break. This particular model (Straightpoint model #CableSafe & Crosby model #2789219) is a 10-ton rated wireless aluminum tensiometer for cables and synthetic ropes up to 1-3/16". CableSafe uses rapid tension force measurement to provide up to 600m per minute. Linchpins are fitted to the top sheave pins, making rope/cable installation quick and simple. This modern rope tension meter sends data readings and allows for remote monitoring using a Bluetooth-enabled smart device from up to 328 feet away. For line out & speed readings, SW-MWLC software is required. We also carry CableSafe, which can handle 5/32"-3/4" diameters.
