1" Stainless Steel

Stainless steel ratchet straps are excellent tie downs for wet or damp conditions, as the Type 304 stainless steel resists rust and corrosion, even when continually exposed to water or snowy conditions.

Stainless steel tie downs are ideal to secure jet skis, snowmobiles, ATVs, skis, or other vehicles or gear that are regularly used in water or snowy conditions. they're also handy if you need to secure items on a boat, pontoon, or dock, such as inflatables, coolers, water skis.

A regular tie down strap has zinc-plated hardware, which will not provide the same level of protection against rust that a stainless steel strap can offer. And because the anti-corrosion properties of stainless steel are inherent to the makeup of the metal, its resistance to rust is not reduced if it's scratched. The polyester webbing on our tie down straps also resists water absorption so they won"t stretch, rot or mildew, even with repeated exposure to adverse outdoor conditions.
