Dura-Lite™ Lifting Beams & Spreader Bars

Dura-Lite™ lifting beams and spreader bars are both lightweight and engineered to withstand the demands of rugged environments. This makes them ideal for a wide variety of applications.

In addition to being significantly easier to transport and handle on the jobsite (reducing the possibility for back injuries), Caldwell lifting beams allow for a heavier below-the-beam load when maximizing capacity of your hoist or crane.

Long-Lasting Construction

Constructed from fiber-reinforced polymer (high-capacity fiberglass) with a UV-resistant acrylic polyurethane finish, these Caldwell lifting beams and spreader beams are known for being lightweight without compromising strength.

Dura-Lite won't corrode or rust, even in saltwater and other marine applications. The materials also are non-conductive, making them particularly well-suited for the utility industry. The components are bonded together using a specially selected adhesive, and each beam is designed for more than 2 million lifts when used correctly.

To ensure superior performance, all Dura-Lite products are made in the USA and are chemically-, temperature-, and cycle-tested.

Caldwell Lifting Beam Styles

Choose from either a lifting beam or spreader beam, depending on your needs. A lifting beam is built to better accommodate low headroom applications, as the crane hook attaches directly to the beam via the included lifting ring. A spreader beam is more effective at distributing a load's weight and adding stability to critical lifts.

Industry-Compliance

All Caldwell spreader beams and lifting beams comply with ASME B30.9, BTH-1, and B30.20, design category B, service class 4 regulations.

They are also proof-tested to 200% capacity and are shipped with certification paperwork. A 2-year limited warranty is included - see the product pages for more information.
