Description
Thin 1/8" diameter shock cord is also sometimes called tent pole shock cord- use it to repair tent poles rather than purchasing entire pole assemblies. The multi-strand rubber core creates a durable elastic cord with consistent stretch up to 100% of its original length. Constructed with a marine grade polyester jacket which is more resistance to breakage, splits, and cracks than typical polypropylene. It also better resists degradation from UV rays so it's ideal for outdoor use. This durable marine grade jacket also makes this shock cord perfect for use on your sail boat, kayak, or canoe. The multi-strand rubber core creates a durable elastic cord with consistent stretch. Black. Length: 500 foot. Also available in a 50 foot length and a 100 foot length.

Note: This product contains latex rubber.

Nice but thicker than expected or stated.

I was wanting a very thin cord for face masks. In a relaxed state this cord was much too thick, between 3/16" and a 1/4"". I'm keeping it for projects around the shop because it is a good quality cord.
