Turnbuckles are a popular tool in the rigging industry - from tower and suspension jobs to oil rigging and mining, they offer essential tensioning capabilities. Our hot-dip galvanized steel turnbuckles are corrosion- and weather-resistant, and they meet / exceed all of the ASTM F-1145 requirements (formerly Federal Specification FF-T-791).
The jaw ends are securely fitted with a nut, bolt, and cotter pin assembly. They allow for quicker attachment and release than eye ends, with more security than a hook end.
Note: Turnbuckles are only recommended for straight or in-line pulls.

California Residents: WARNING
While this turnbuckle is rated for a high load, the coarse/rough threads make it impossible to turn far enough to achieve anywhere near that load. Also the the raised lettering on the nuts means constantly having to adjust the wrench size needed for a tight fit. Might be good for holding a line in place, but not for greatly increasing the force on the line.
