Quality part ruined by poor customer service.

Quality part - didn't realize it was only offered in course thread, I assumed it was fine thread, which is what I need (and they dont offer). Customer service said it is unreturnable, even with their 20% restocking fee, parts unused, and receipt provided. Unfortunately, your better off bringing your business elsewhere, they are not willing to work with you.
