Our 1/2" diameter heavy round elastic cord is great for use with a tarp on a flatbed trailer: thread through the tarp grommets and attach to the trailer's J-hooks for a quick and secure tie down option. This durable rope gives a more flexible stretch up to 100% of its original length. The polyester jacket is considered marine grade because it offers superior UV and abrasion resistance over traditional polypropylene shock cord, while the multi-strand rubber core creates a consistent and smooth stretch. The marine grade polyester jacket makes this shock cord water resistant and long lasting. Also great for other outdoor, marine, and industrial uses: canopies, tents, moving, sailing, securing cargo to pallets, etc. Sold in a 50 foot bulk length so you can easily make custom length black bungee cords by adding our 1/2" bungee hooks. Also available in a 100 foot length.
