This two-piece chain and binder package is ideal for flatbed securement. It includes a Peerless QuikBinder Plus ratchet binder and a 3/8" x 16' grade 70 chain.
The Peerless QuikBinder Plus™ ratcheting chain binder is designed to make securing a load faster and safer than ever. It's quick to install with three positions: ratchet extension, ratchet take-up, and a free spin setting for quick adjusting in either direction, and a folding handle keeps the mechanism out of the way after the load is secure.
It also has a tamper-resistant design that accepts a long shank padlock (not included) to prevent theft. To store, simply place in locked position and it's ready to hang.
The standard link grade 70 chain is equipped with clevis grab hooks on each end, and features a yellow zinc chromate finish for protection from the elements. It's manufactured in a high-strength carbon steel for long-lasting quality and 20% more strength than grade 43 chain. This chain is also strength-tested and heat-treated for maximum safety and durability.
All of our tie down chain is FMCSA / DOT compliant and meets or exceeds FMCSA CFR49 Section 393.104 and NACM Welded Steel Chain Specifications, while all of our chain binders are FMCSA / DOT compliant and meet or exceed WSTDA T-6 Recommended Standards. All of the hooks (on both the tie down and the binder) are embossed with the size and the grade, the chain has grade embossing on the links, and the binder includes the working load limit and a traceability code. This ensures quick identifications and stress-free inspections.
