Description
Made of type 316 stainless steel to offer superior resistance to corrosion and oxidation, particularly in extreme or marine environments. The low maintenance and high luster of stainless steel also makes it popular for architectural applications. The eye can accommodate wire rope, shackles and other rigging equipment. Shoulder eyebolts can be used for either straight line or angular pulls, since the shoulder helps support the load as it pulls at an angle. Includes eye bolt, nut and washer.
Please Note: Loading at an angle will significantly reduce a bolt's rated capacity. A 75 degree angle reduces the working load limit by 45%; a 60 degree angle reduces it by 65%; a 45 degree angle reduces it by 75%. Never load at an angle less than 45 degrees from the bolt center line.
