M&W 20130 Telescopic Spreader Bar
Durable M&W spreader beams are built to last, perfect for both indoor and outdoor use. The steel construction is more than capable of handling your heaviest loads, and the high visibility yellow paint improves jobsite safety. The adjustability makes it perfect for jobs where you're lifting a variety of loads, as well as off-center loads - you can adjust for any center-of-gravity issues.
Don't need a high capacity spreader beam? We also carry a lower capacity version for 2 -10 tons.
Lifting Beams vs. Spreader Bars
Compared to lifting beams, spreader beams are very effective at distributing a load's weight and are ideally suited for adding stability to critical lifts. However, they require top rigging to connect to the crane or other lifting machine, increasing the amount of headroom required.
