If you are looking for the strongest tie down chains on the market, look no further. Our Pewag grade 120 chain tie downs are incredibly powerful - 20% stronger than grade 100 tie downs and 50% stronger than grade 80! This means you can use a lighter weight chain without sacrificing strength - meaning less hassle for you. And with their enhanced capacities, they are the perfect choice for your heaviest loads.
Pewag is an industry leader in chain manufacturing and offers a revolutionary square link profile that results in a more secure grip over traditional round link chain due to increased contact with the cargo. This chain offers superior resistance to fatigue, abrasions, and bending, and is manufactured with a blue powder coating for quick visual identification and resistance to corrosion.
The eye grab hook on each end has a shallow throat opening that lets you easily connect to chain. It also has a chain-shaped groove for a better hold.
Note: This G120 tie down chain is not tagged for overhead lifting applications and should only be used for tie down purposes.
All of our tie down chain is DOT compliant and meets or exceeds FMCSA CFR49 Section 393.104 and NACM Welded Steel Chain Specifications. The hooks are embossed with the size and the grade, and the chain has grade embossing on the links - an identification stamp is included on the back of each link. This ensures you can quickly identify the chain you need, and that inspections are stress-free.
Make sure you have everything you need to get your cargo safely from point A to point B with the compatible G120 ratchet binder, steel corner protectors, and more! We even offer custom tie down chain configurations, so you can create the perfect product for your application. We have both manufacturing and testing capabilities in-house, letting us build exactly what you need and confirm that it exceeds industry standards.
