Grade 80 1/2" Clevis Grab Hook
Our grade 80 clevis grab hooks are intended for use in tie down applications. When combined with with G80 chain, they create a tie down chain that can keep your load securely in place. These hooks offer better resistance to abrasion and fatigue when compared to their grade 70 counterparts, and generally have a higher working load limit as well.
1/2" Chain Grab Hook Construction
Created from heat-treated, high-strength alloy steel, this hook has a non-cradle design that allows it to fit through a flatbed trailer rub rail for quick yet secure connections. The shallow throat opening lets you easily connect to chain.
The cotter pin provides reliable attachments to chain and other accessories, as well as fast replacement if the hook becomes damaged.
Note: This item is not approved for overhead lifting due to the exposed cotter pin.
