L-Track, also known as airline track or logistic track is an excellent method for creating strong and secure tie-down anchor points in your van, truck, or trailer. This versatile tie-down track is made of lightweight aluminum and has a narrower profile than E-Track rails, but still provides strong and durable tie-down points for items such as motorcycles, ATVs, utility tractors, and much more. The 12" length accommodates both single stud fittings and double stud fittings so it's easy to create a tie-down system customized to your needs.
Our Aluminum L-Track rails are also available in powder-coat finishes. To shop by color, check out our L-Track Tie Down Rails page for available options. Additional length options are also available with cargo track sizes ranging from 6"-96".
Looking for L-Track Fittings and Accessories? We carry a large selection of single stud and double stud fittings, along with many other convenient accessories to help you build your own custom L-Track system.
Due to the many variables involved in installing L-track - the fasteners used, the mounting surface, etc. - we cannot provide a blanket working load limit. The track is designed to be at least as strong as any of the compatible straps and fittings we sell to use with it, but it is up to the installer to determine that the track is properly installed to provide sufficient strength. If you need assistance with this, consult your trailer manufacturer for installation suggestions. For more information, please refer to WSTDA T-5 section 3.4.
For more information on how to use and install L-track (including video demonstrations!), see our How to Use and Install L-Track and L-Track Systems page.
Please note: our L-track is designed for recreational and cargo control use; it is not certified for official wheelchair restraint use in buses, vans, and other transport vehicles.
California Residents: WARNING
Great lightweight easily mounted aircraft grade tie downs for my aluminum trailer to haul UTV and tractor.
I like those tracks a lot. Good quality. I wish this style will have matching end caps to finish and protect sharp ends.
