Roundslings Sling Protection Options
Make sure your round sling is protected during lifts by using sling protection:
"Slings in contact with edges, corners, protrusions, or abrasive surfaces shall be protected with a material of sufficient strength, thickness, and construction to prevent damage." - ASME B30.9 (2021) 9-5.10.4(d)
CornerMax
CornerMax sleeves are cut-resistant (not cut-proof), offering a higher level of protection compared to many other options. They are made from high-tech Dyneema® fiber and can conform to curved loads.

CornerMax on Round Slings
Due to variations in their design, a blanket statement saying which sleeves will fit on each round sling size isn't possible. Instead, you will want to measure your round sling and make sure it fits within the inside circumference listed above.
Below is an illustration of how this sleeve will fit on your round sling - the entire sling is inserted into the sleeve, creating an eye at both ends. So when you measure your sling, you will want to measure the circumference of both sides together.
Tubular Sleeves
Tubular sleeves are secured around your round sling using Velcro® and are designed so you can alter the point of contact with each application. This feature helps to ensure the sling protection will last longer.
If you are looking for abrasion resistance in the tubular, quick, or sewn sleeve designs, choose the Cordura® version, as opposed to the web version.

Sewn Sleeves
Sewn sleeve protection for round slings are ideal for long-term use on the same sling. Both sides of the sleeve are sewn together, so they are harder to remove.

Liftguard
LiftGuard sleeves attach to your load using slightly-recessed magnets. The medium-duty and grooved styles work best with synthetic slings, but can be used infrequently with chain or wire rope slings for light loads.
